Jeff Gunn [Canada] | M/House of Jazz

Starptautiski atzītais kanādiešu ģitārists un komponists Jeff Gunn uzstāsies Rīgā ar solo koncertu 14. augustā plkst. 20.00, koncertvietā M/House of Jazz. Koncertā būs iespējams iepazīt Gunn unikālo pieeju akustiskās ģitāras spēlei, tā apvieno perkusīvus elementus, poliritmiku, dabiskās harmoniķes un stāstniecību caur skaņu.

Internationally acclaimed Canadian guitarist and composer Jeff Gunn will perform a solo concert in Riga on August 14 at 8:00 PM at the M/House of Jazz venue. The concert will feature Gunn’s unique approach to acoustic guitar playing, combining percussive elements, polyrhythms, natural harmonics, and storytelling through sound.

Gunn has collaborated with artists such as Emmanuel Jal and Nelly Furtado, and is the author of several music books, including “Hidden Sounds: Discover Your Own Method on Guitar.” His music often balances jazz, world music, and contemporary acoustic composition.
